Torq joins unicorn ranks after $140 mn raise at $1.2 bn valuation

Israeli cybersecurity company Torq has become a unicorn after raising $140 million at a $1.2 billion valuation. Founded in 2020 by Ofer Smadari, Leonid Belkind, and Eldad Livni, the company builds an AI-driven platform to automate security operations for enterprises. The latest funding round will support Torq’s global expansion and strengthen its push into regulated US public-sector markets.
