Torrent Pharma to acquire Curatio Health Care for $245 million

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited said that it will buy dermatology company Curatio Health Care for $245.22 million (around ₹2,000 crore). Torrent Pharma said that following the deal, it will be among the top 10 dermatology companies in India. The deal includes ₹115 crore of cash and cash equivalents in the acquired business, indicating an enterprise value of ₹1,885 crore.
