Torrent Power signed an agreement to set up 50 MWp solar projects

Shares of Torrent Power Limited surged nearly 5.2% to ₹1,548.7 on Tuesday, after an agreement was signed amongst Torrent Power Limited, ARS Steels & Alloy International Private Limited (ARS) and Torrent Urja 14 Private Limited (TU14). The agreement is for the supply of power and building of up to 50 MWp Solar Power Generating Projects in Tamil Nadu.
