Total failure of ICC: Hafeez on Pakistan's India match boycott row

After Pakistan reversed the decision to boycott T20 World Cup match against India, ex-Pakistan cricketer Mohammad Hafeez criticised the ICC for letting the issue escalate. "This is total failure of the ICC and their administration...Whatever happened was not good for cricket," he said. Hafeez noted that he is always in favour of India-Pakistan matches and wants them to happen regularly.
