Tough to accept police version on Badlapur accused's encounter: HC

Bombay High Court said there appears to be foul play in the alleged encounter of Badlapur sexual assault accused Akshay Shinde by Maharashtra Police. "The moment [Akshay] pulled the first trigger...others could've easily overpowered him. He wasn't...strong...This is very difficult to accept. This cannot be termed as an encounter," the court stated. "A weak man cannot load pistol," it added.
