Tourist from Delhi runs car over woman in fight over dog in Goa

A tourist from Delhi has been arrested for murder after he allegedly ran his car over a woman in Goa, police said. The woman had reportedly asked a group of tourists to not bring their pet dog near her house, which led to a fight. The man then allegedly hit the woman and dragged her body for 10 metres.
