Tout tries to extort money, clings as MP driver moves truck

A video has surfaced online showing a tout clinging to a moving truck for 5 km in Madhya Pradesh. The tout allegedly demanded money, threatening driver Sumit Patel in name of document verification and transport checks. When Sumit refused to pay, the tout forcibly climbed onto the truck. Sumit drove vehicle for nearly 5km with tout clinging on to it.
