Toxic chlorine cloud forces 1.6 lakh to stay indoors in Spain

Spanish authorities have told around 1.6 lakh people to stay indoors after a fire at an industrial warehouse released a toxic cloud of chlorine over a wide area near Barcelona. Trains which were due to pass through the area were held up, roads were blocked, and other events were cancelled. However, authorities later lifted the order to confine people indoors.
