Toyota suspends work at Bidadi plant after worker dies of COVID-19

Toyota Kirloskar Motor has suspended production at its Bidadi plant for a day after a worker died due to COVID-19. The employee had last attended work at the factory on June 23. All employees who came in contact with the person have been quarantined and the factory is being disinfected as per government guidelines, the company said.
