Mexico-based cryptocurrency trader Morten Christensen turned a profit as Binance suffered a ₹60,000-crore hack in 20 minutes. Christensen brainstormed strategies to take advantage of the hack on a Discord call with six friends and made tens of thousands of dollars by shorting cryptocurrencies. When his wife walked into his office, he said, "Binance got hacked, babe...Need to lock in."
