Traders across India plan 'No UPI Day' on Oct 2, to cover QR codes with cloth

Traders and business associations across India have announced a "No UPI Day" on October 2 to protest MDR fee on UPI transactions above ₹2,000, which is set to begin from October 15. They plan to cover QR codes, sound boxes and other related devices with black cloth as a mark of protest. Earlier, Madhya Pradesh traders observed "No UPI Day".
