Traders' body urges Jaitley to extend GST filing deadline

Traders' body CAIT on Thursday said it has urged Finance Minister Arun Jaitley to extend the last date for filing annual GST return for FY18 from December 31, 2018 to March 31, 2019. The format for filing is not available anywhere including the GST website, the organisation added. CAIT also urged the format should be made available in regional languages.
