Traffic blocked as leaders welcome UP Dy CM in middle of busy road; video surfaces

A video is being widely shared online, showing Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak arriving with a convoy of cars, and several leaders and supporters welcoming him in the middle of a busy road in Kanpur. This led to traffic suddenly getting blocked on both sides of the road. Several social media users questioned the VVIP culture.
