Traffic policeman slaps, kicks man standing on road as Governor's convoy passes by in MP

A video surfaced showing a traffic policeman assaulting a man standing on a road while Madhya Pradesh Governor Mangubhai Patel's convoy passed by in Bhopal. The policeman ran to pull the man to the ground before slapping and kicking him. DCP Vikram Raghuvanshi said since Patel has Z+ security, no one is allowed near his convoy over potential accident risk.
