Traffic stopped between Mumbai & Pune due to landslides, 16 trains cancelled

The traffic in both directions (Pune–Mumbai and Mumbai–Pune) on the Pune–Mumbai Expressway and the old Mumbai–Pune Highway has been stopped due to landslides amid heavy rains. Citizens have been requested not to travel between Pune and Mumbai until further official notice. Further, 16 trains between Mumbai and Pune have been cancelled, and nine others have been diverted due to landslides.
