Trained 8 hours/day in Indonesia when I was 12: Lakshya Sen

Indian badminton player Lakshya Sen travelled to Indonesia at the age of 12 for a month-long training camp. His father told him to eat what was available and match the locals hour for hour. He mentioned practising 8 hours every day. Sen says that trip dissolved his early fear of foreign players.
