Tram derails, crashes into shop in Milan; 2 dead, 40 injured

At least two people were killed and around 40 people were injured when a tram derailed in Italy's Milan, officials said. The tram, one of the newest models in operation in Milan, came off the tracks and crashed into a shop, reports said. It added that the accident occurred after the driver failed to activate a track switch.
