Transperson assaulted, stripped in UP's Bareilly gym, video viral

A video showing a transperson being assaulted and stripped by a gym operator and his aides went viral in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly, reports said. The victim alleged that she was attacked with hockey sticks, kicked, and molested following a dispute over car vandalism. UP Police registered a case under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita sections including rioting, reports added.
