A picture has surfaced online showing a trapped worker making victory sign from pipe while being rescued from the collapsed tunnel in Uttarakhand. All 41 workers were successfully rescued from the tunnel on Tuesday. They had been trapped in the tunnel since November 12. "Pic of the day," IAS officer Awanish Sharan commented on the picture.
