Treat all minorities equally: Ex-Prez of Afghanistan Karzai

Commenting on CAA, former President of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai urged India to treat all of its minorities equally. He added, "We don't have persecuted minorities in Afghanistan...the whole country is persecuted. We have been in war and conflict for a long time. All religions in Afghanistan...have suffered."
