Trevor Bayliss was confirmed as the head coach for England on Tuesday, ahead of Jason Gillespie, to become the first Australian to hold the post. The former Sri Lanka coach has been tasked with preparing the English side before the Ashes this summer following their 5-0 whitewash last year. Bayliss is currently coach of Sydney sixers and Kolkata Knight Riders.
