Trial court not to proceed with case till Sambhal mosque committee moves HC: SC

The Supreme Court heard a plea challenging a court order that allowed the survey of Shahi Jama Masjid in UP's Sambhal and asked the petitioners to move High Court. The top court further ordered the trial court to not proceed with the case till the mosque committee moved HC. In the violence against the survey, at least four people died.
