Trial run begins on Delhi-Meerut RRTS project's priority corridor

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) started trial runs on a 1.5 km portion of Delhi-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project's priority corridor on Friday. The train testing team operated the prototype semi-high-speed train Alstom between Ghaziabad's Duhai depot - Depot Station - Duhai RRTS Station. NCRTC aims to open the 18-km priority corridor by March 2023.
