Tribal students detained, removed from Mumbai by police

Around 200-300 tribal students, who marched from Nashik demanding a probe into deaths at tribal schools, were detained at Congress's Maharashtra HQ and taken out of Mumbai. Police denied them permission to protest at Azad Maidan. Students demanded ₹1 crore compensation for families of three girls who died of snakebite in Gadchiroli. They vowed to return on October 25.
