Tribals rising from decades-old issues to join development: PM

PM Narendra Modi said tribal communities are emerging from decades-old problem and joining mainstream development. He added that over 1.5 crore tribal children at pre-matriculation and post-matriculation levels have received scholarships "worth hundreds of crores of rupees". "Approximately 500 Eklavya schools have been opened across India. About 750 model schools have been approved," he added.
