Tribunals are headache for you, liability for us: SC to Centre

Supreme Court (SC) criticised the functioning of tribunals across India, saying that many of them appear to function without any accountability. “Tribunals were created by you (the Central government). So it is your headache and a liability for us,” the court said. SC had earlier directed Centre to give a uniform proposal for improving functioning of tribunals nationwide.
