Tripura student who uses foot to write clears Class 10 board exam

Differently-abled student Romeo Hrangkhawl has successfully cleared secondary (matriculation) examination conducted by Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE). Romeo, who was born with 80% locomotor disability and can't walk or use his hands, wrote all his exams using his foot. "He often stumbles while walking, yet he never misses...class and holds...highest attendance," Romeo's father said.
