Troll asks Varun 'Do you really have COVID-19 or are you overacting', he responds

After actor Varun Dhawan revealed on Instagram that he has COVID-19, a troll asked, "Do you really have COVID-19? Or are you overacting that your normal cough is COVID-19?" Varun responded, "What an amazing sense of humour you have...Hope you and your family don’t have to suffer through this though they need to suffer through your sad excuse of humour."
