Trump administration launches effort to dismantle International Criminal Court

US President Donald Trump's administration is launching a diplomatic effort to dismantle the International Criminal Court, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said. "Working beside every ally...we will dismantle the ICC, brick by brick, if necessary," Rubio added, calling it a "threat" to US sovereignty. US has already sanctioned ICC officials and rights groups that have provided evidence to the court.
