Trump administration requests delay in tariff refund court case

US President Donald Trump's administration is seeking to delay court proceedings over whether it must refund importers billions of dollars in tariffs recently struck down by US Supreme Court. It wants to wait as long as four months before reviving litigation before US Court of International Trade on refund question. The government's lawyers wrote that a delay wouldn't hurt companies.
