Trump backs Lindsey Graham's sister to fill his senator seat

US President Donald Trump said he recommended to South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster that deceased Senator Lindsey Graham's sister, Darline, serve as interim Senator in his place. "This would be a fabulous tribute to Lindsey, who loved her dearly," Trump wrote on his Truth Social account. Lindsey Graham, a close aide of Trump, passed away at the age of 71.
