Trump calls White House ballroom court ruling a ‘national disgrace’

US President Donald Trump called a US federal court ruling on the White House ballroom a “national disgrace”, saying the decision was “horrendous, politically motivated, and unlawful”. The court ordered Trump’s administration to stop construction of the $400 million (over ₹3,800 crore) ballroom. “Each President is a temporary tenant, not the owner, of the White House,” the court said.
