Trump considers banning re-entry by citizens who may have COVID-19: Report

US President Donald Trump is considering new immigration rules to temporarily block a US citizen or a permanent legal resident from returning to the nation if they're suspected to be COVID-19 infected, as per a New York Times report. The draft proposal reportedly says that any order blocking citizens "must include appropriate protections to ensure no constitutional rights are infringed".
