Trump govt's '3rd country' deportation policy is unlawful, judge rules

A US federal judge ruled the Trump administration's policy of rapidly deporting migrants to "third countries" to which they have no connection unlawful. He said it violates migrants' right to "meaningful notice" and an opportunity to object before they are removed to such a country. However, the judge stayed his decision for 15 days to let the US government appeal.
