Trump honours Lindsey Graham while backing Russia sanctions bill

While discussing the Russia sanctions bill targeting top five buyers of Russian crude oil, US President Donald Trump said, “This is in honour of Lindsey...this was his thing...he wanted this more than any other thing.” Senator Lindsey Graham, who recently passed away, spent nearly two years negotiating the measure. Trump also suggested expanding the legislation to include Iran and Hezbollah.
