Trump is psychologically unstable: Top economist Sachs as India faces 500% tariff threat

Renowned economist Jeffrey Sachs has responded to the US potentially imposing 500% tariffs on India over buying Russian oil, saying that things are "out of control" due to US President Donald Trump. "[Trump's] a psychologically unstable person in a political system that has broken down," he added. He also noted that Supreme Court may rule on legality of tariffs soon.
