US President Donald Trump joked about Japan's 1941 Pearl Harbour attack during a meeting with Japanese PM Sanae Takaichi. He was responding to a question about why Japan and other allies received no advance notice of US-Israeli attack on Iran. "We wanted surprise...Who knows better about surprise than Japan, OK? Why didn't you tell me about Pearl Harbor?" Trump said.
