Trump jokes he'll drop Rubio in middle of Cuba, day after calling it 'failed state'

US President Donald Trump joked about State Secretary Marco Rubio's Cuban roots at the Shield of the Americas Summit a day after calling Cuba a "failed state". "Marco's parents were born in Cuba...he wants to figure out what's exactly there...someday in the near future we'll drop him off in the middle of Cuba," Trump said, drawing laughter from Rubio.
