Trump, Melania keep candy on head of child dressed as Minion for Halloween

While handing out Halloween candies to children at the White House, US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump kept candies on the head of a child wearing a Minion costume instead of the child's bag. The candies fall off as the child walks away, following which a woman picks them and puts it in the child's bag.
