Trump orders 'inaccurate information' sign near Smithsonian museum

US President Donald Trump issued an executive order to Department of Interior to place signs of "inaccurate information presented" outside Smithsonian National Museum of American History. The order comes after a Domestic Policy Council report said the museum "cannot tell America's story honestly". Trump had ordered federal agencies in 2025 to remove sites suggesting US is "racist or oppressive".
