Trump pardons 2 US Army officers accused of war crimes

US President Donald Trump pardoned two Army officers accused of war crimes in Afghanistan. He also ordered to restore the rank of a Navy SEAL platoon commander who was demoted for posing with an ISIS captive's dead body in Iraq. Trump had earlier said he was considering pardons for troops charged with war crimes, claiming they had been treated "unfairly".
