US President Donald Trump has paused 50% tariffs on $20 billion worth of Canadian imports for three days. He announced on Truth Social that the tariffs were paused "based on the fact that Canada and the US, subject to the finalisation of documents, have a deal". The announcement was made just hours before tariffs were about to kick in.
