Trump planning new elite 'Core Five' forum with India to sideline Europe: Report

Donald Trump is planning to create a new elite 'Core Five' or 'C5' forum of world powers, bringing together US, Russia, China, India and Japan and sidelining the Europe-dominated G7, Politico reported. C5 would meet regularly at summits on specific topics, with the first agenda being 'security in Middle East'. The idea came up in US' National Security Strategy document.
