Trump promises $5,000 to every US adult if his party wins midterm polls

US President Donald Trump promised $5000 to every adult US citizen if Republicans win both the House and Senate in midterms. Speaking at Republicans' first midterm election convention in Dallas, he said the money, "Trump dividend", must be spent in the US. He added he doesn't want people going to Canada or China to spend the money.
