Trump promises $90 to 20 million US seniors ahead of midterm elections

Ahead of midterm elections, US President Trump has promised to pay $90 to 20 million American senior citizens to help cover Medicare premiums. This follows his announcement that 1 million people would receive $500 rebate cheques for Affordable Care Act premiums. Trump also promised during his campaign to send every American adult $5,000 if Republicans retain House and Senate control.
