Trump's AI safety head quits after just 3 months, Indian-origin Raman to take over
US President Donald Trump's head of AI safety, Chris Fall, is resigning after just three months amid a fluctuation in the country's AI policy. The body that Fall heads is directly involved with testing AI models. Indian-origin Dr Arvind Raman, who currently heads the National Institute of Standards and Technology, will oversee the US' AI safety efforts in the interim.
