Trump's inauguration ceremony moved indoors due to severe cold

President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration ceremony will take place inside US Capitol on January 20 rather than outdoors because of severe cold. This will be the first time in 40 years that the inauguration ceremony will be moved indoors. "There is an Arctic blast sweeping the country.
