Trump's party leader brings bill to stop him from seizing Greenland

Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski and Democratic Senator Jeanne Shaheen have introduced a bill in US Congress to stop US President Trump from seizing Greenland. The bipartisan NATO Unity Protection Act would bar the Department of Defense and Department of State from using funds to "blockade, occupy, annex, or otherwise assert control" over the sovereign territory of a NATO member state.
