Trump seeks $1.4 billion funding from Congress to tackle Ebola outbreak
Trump administration has sought over $1.4 billion in new funds from Congress to address the Ebola virus outbreak, a Reuters report said. The amount includes $800 million for a quarantine centre in Kenya for Americans exposed to the virus, along with supplies, treatment and contact tracing. The outbreak in Congo, Uganda and other parts of Africa infected over 1,000 people.
