Trump sets 2 fresh conditions for restarting Iran talks

US President Donald Trump has laid down two conditions before restarting negotiations with Iran in Pakistan. First, the Strait of Hormuz must be fully reopened. Second, Iran's delegation must have complete authority from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to finalise any agreement. Both the US and Iran are considering further talks to extend the two-week ceasefire announced on April 7.
